Return Policy for Lowden Jewelers

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Condition Requirements

All jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

1. Contact us at ljinc1328@yahoo.com to request a return authorization.
2. Package your item securely in its original box and packaging.
3. Include your order number and return reason.
4. Ship the package to our return address.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please follow the same return process and specify your exchange request.
